Description

This was sort of a big project trying to make a maraquan eyrie and I didn't pull off the skin. Their bellies are yellow and the rest of the skin is orange, but is their skin furry? Is it some type of scaly feathers? It's really a stretch but I guess that's what fantasy is; a bit of mystery involved. I wonder if those wings would work outside of water, or if they would serve any purpose at all... Please tell me what you think of this design.

I think it looks great and the colors came out beautifully. As for the wings you could always try looking at flying fish or sea dragons and see how you could incorporate wing-like appendages that might make more sense (if it bothers you). It looks like his arms and back would be furry and would fade down the belly and fins to be more scaly.
